With inventory hovering around 200-250 homes available on any given day in Kitsap, that historic low is allowing home prices to continue to rise.
Of the 246 new homes and condos that hit the market (any condition, any price range), already 163 are under contract or sold.
That isn't to say that buyers aren't able to secure homes for themselves with the help of qualified realtors. It's just that they have less options to choose from.
For buyers looking to make the move up, there is more hope. As you go up in price range, there are more options. For example, there are only 55 homes available today under $350,000 (most of those are fixers), but in the $350-$500K price range there are 87.
